My room was comfortable. Everything worked as it should. There was enough space to spread out. The staff was helpful, though not as incredibly friendly as so many people I met in KC. There was an adequate gym.

The staff were really friendly and approachable. The door staff were very attentive and using the valet was very smooth with getting them to park your car.

From the time I entered the hotel the aesthetic of the hotel was very pleasing. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and up to a customers standards.

I liked the service and the bed was comfy. It was also nice to have an easy to use thermostat.

Great location for the T-Mobile center and great restaurants. Super clean, quiet room, very comfortable. Bar/Restaurant was great, staff super helpful and friendly

It was amazing rooms and the bed was so comfortable. The shower was hot and AMAZING. Will be going back there to stay.
